End-User License Agreement (EULA) for the app SeaMe, 2024 March 17
Agreement:
By downlo-ading, installing, or using the SeaMe app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to the EULA, do not use the app.
License:
CMAR AB grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the SeaMe app strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
Restrictions:
This app is only to be used to connect with a SeaMe device.
You agree not to:
Modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the app.
Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the app or any part thereof.
Remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights notices from the app, including any copy thereof.
Collection and Use of Your Data:
The app does not collect personal data.
Updates:
CMAR AB, its authors, and associated companies reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
The app is provided ”as is” and ”as available” without any warranties of any kind, including that the app will operate uninterrupted, be error-free, or be available at all times.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event will CMAR AB, SeaMe, the app author, or any of its associated companies or associated persons be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the app.
Governing Law:
This EULA is governed by the laws of Sweden excluding its conflicts of law rules.
Changes to This End-User License Agreement (EULA):
We may update our End-User License Agreement (EULA) from time to time to reflect changes in our app, legal requirements, or other factors. We encourage you to review the EULA periodically for any updates or changes. Any modifications to this EULA will be communicated to you by posting the updated EULA on our website or within the app. These changes will become effective immediately after they are posted. By continuing to use the app after such changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised EULA.
